| March 2010 MESSAGES Rob & Virginia, I don't know if I've ever told you, but, in my esteem, Front Porch truly captures the breadth, depth, and flavor of Fredericksburg's unique culture and community! Thanks for making it happen. Sincerely, Collette Caprara Collette is a writer and artist, and a member of Brush Strokes Gallery, 824 Caroline. Hello Rob, Just wanted to drop a short note and thank you and Jeremy [Sutton] for his article [Applause for Quick Genius] in your February issue about my photography show ("Wyoming") on exhibit at Kybecca Wine Bar. Ru and I were very pleased and impressed with Jeremy's prose. So, again - thanks very much for taking the time to write about my work. I do have to say that as of late, Ru and I feel like we never left Wyoming - what with all this east coast snow! Perhaps we brought it back with us when we returned from Jackson Hole in January...?? Oddly enough, Wyoming is actually having one of its lightest winters in decades with respect to snowfall totals so far this year... During the last storm here - Ru and I opted to stay downtown in Fredericksburg for a couple of nights so that I'd have a chance to take some photos around town after the snow. While in town we had the good fortune of having Jessica [Sutton] take exceptional care of us while we dined at Bistro Bethem -- it made the stay downtown all the more warm despite the arctic conditions outside. Best wishes to you and the Sutton’s. Sincerely, Chris & Ru Rok
